Ever since I Knew of music, Taylor swift has always been gettimg my attention. She always has a way to connect with her fans through her lyrics, and sometimes you do not even have to relate to her lyrics to understand what she has been going through and that, in my opinion, is a talent a few artists possess and what makes her unique.

It never was that her songs are catchy. it has always been her.

I feel nostalgic listening to Taylor Swift. although, I didn’t know most of her songs two years ago as opposed to now, I like every song in every album because it gives me a sense of familiarity. as she says in one of her songs, “familiarity breads contempt” except it breads acceptance when it comes to her songs. One of my favorite songs by her is “Nothing New” for various reasons, one being the relatablity it has as you grow up. what is your favorite taylor swift song?
